Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite area businesses, organizations and individuals to become sponsors of the first annual Festival of Trees at the Governor Hunt House — the area’s only Festival of Trees and a great marketing opportunity!

We ask sponsors to provide and decorate a holiday tree, trimmed with decorations of your choosing* — we encourage ornaments that reflect a theme related to your business or purpose. In addition, we invite you to supply one or more generous gifts to be placed under their tree — merchandise or gift certificates.

During the festival, all trees, together with the gifts under them, will be raffled to festival attendees. The festival takes place in conjunction with Vernon’s long-running Home for the Holidays Craft Fair, directly across the street at the elementary school. We plan to widely promote these events and attract strong attendance.

Sponsorship is FREE, with the exception of the Presenting and Supporting sponsor levels.

Sponsorship of a tree, provided and decorated by you* displayed as the only tree in Jonathan and Lavinia Hunt’s historic dining room where Santa will hold court.
Placement of your gifts under your tree. Tree plus gifts become a raffle prize.

Supporting Partners — $250

Limited to three sponsors
Sponsorship of a tree, provided and decorated by you* displayed in Jonathan and Lavinia Hunt’s historic kitchen

Trees may be brought and set up at the Gov Hunt House during the week before the event, anytime between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 27 through Thursday, Nov. 30, or Thursday evening, Nov. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m.
